I would like to introduce myself and give you an in sight into what I am looking to bring to the local area of Leiston.
My name is Rob Eagle and I have been a professional/semi professional footballer for the last 22 years, playing for Norwich City, Inverness, Grimsby Town, Leiston and Lowestoft.
I am planning to set up a private training program for children aged 5+, to help them improve their match day skills within their local teams and support them in their footballing journey.
I will be introducing 1 hour sessions to each age group using 3v3 inflatable pitches. We will focus on the key fundamentals: passing, dribbling and shooting. I am a firm believer that to improve their game, players must have the opportunity to have a ball at their feet for as long as possible in each session. This is imperative when wanting to see the fastest results and maintain children’s interest and engagement, so they will be on the ball for at least 30-40 minutes each session.
Age 5-13 - training session based on 3v3 for ball mastery

New sessions available in the new year to gain extra training to support there development.
Striker School- A group of 12 players max and a goal keeper, working on different type of finishers to improve goal scoring opportunities.
Street Football- A group or 12 max working on close control, mastering the ball in small/tight spaces on a harder surface area.

Develpoment is a massive part of our programme, no one can turn in to messi over night, most of the improvement will come from the player, continously turning up and putting 100% in to every session, weather its a 1-1 session, group session or striker school, every player gets out what they put in.
